You have to go on-line to find the instructions which are then 53 pages long but all squeezed onto one page so you can't print it out to read it. You then magnify to 225% to start reading on-line. Page 3 tells you to download Funrun first using the QR code but does not tell you where the QR code is. It says

Carefully adjust the crown until the correct time shows on the face of the watch. Push the crown back in to the closed position. You should hear a click when the crown is closed. Clean the watch using a damp cloth with a mild soap and water mixture to remove dirt and oil.
