Download WINALDL. For installing on Windows Vista, Window 7 or Windows 8 you need to follow special installation instructions and override the location where the program is installed. I, too, would look first at the INT (short term fuel trim) and BLM (long term fuel trim) tables using WinALDL. .. The drop in volts is me manually turning the fan on using the AC.
