To avoid any improper use, we write down the rules for the "circle game" and its written version. As you may know, the circle has been translated by the capital letter Q, but abuses in hundreds of push ups have been established.
1.The participants have to play on both side : you can't give someone push ups if you don't do those you receive from other people.
2. Each circle made with the fingers under the shoulder's heigth, or each capital "Q' give 10 push ups to the one who have seen it.
3. A list of 'Q', for example QQQQQ can only count as one set of 10 push ups, but a double 'QQ' that symbolizes the both hands of a traceurs will count as 20.
4. A picture with "circles" in it or Qs artfully written in a sentence or a text are allowed.
5. Once you've seen the circles and done the push ups, the picture or the text loose their "power".
6. The goal is to keep the body in shape and not to get exhausted or injured, the participants accept to avoid an excalation (Ex: one player won't send everyday hundreds of push ups to all his friends).
