It was an ingenious enough plan: rob the Riviera Casino's count room during an Elvis impersonator convention. But Thomas Murphy decided to keep all the money for himself and shot all his partners, including recently-freed ex-con Michael Zane. With $3.2 million at stake, the Marshals Service closing in, and single mom Cybil Waingrow and her son Jesse constantly confounding things, Michael must track down Murphy.
Hardened criminals Thomas J. Murphy and Michael Zane lead a gang of five using an Elvis impersonators convention as cover to violently rob the Riviera Casino. The others get eliminated either during the heist or infighting (allegedly?) over the way to divide the loot and launder it. Zane returns to the desert rat hole 'last Chance' sleazy diner run by divorced Cybil Waingrow, who makes a second income of seducing and robbing men with and for her smart cheeky rascal Jesse. Once she knows about the laundering, Cybil dumps Jesse of Zane so she can try to steal it, but Murphy, who already left a bloody trail including dead cops, recruits a new team, just like the police. Fortunes and betrayal keep shifting while the victims pile up.
This is one the best action movies i have seen in a long time. I was amazed at the action in this movie and extremely impressed. This is truly a guys movie. It has sex and crazy violence. Any guy who says he didnt like this movie is a you know what. ICE-T is hilarious and this movie rocks.

I went to see this little fiasco based solely upon the very first review that I read here at IMDB. The writer in question planned to see this film over and again in the hopes of committing its dialogue to memory! Good Lord! WHAT dialogue? The F word?
If you like psychotic camera techniques, explosions for the sake of orange flames, a soundtrack that begs to have your eardrums removed and above all horrendously bad acting by people you'd NEVER expect would be involved in such a terrible piece of dreck, then this is the film for you. Buy the soundtrack CD, memorize what little dialogue you can find between profanities, wear the T shirt, too. Your taste, or perhaps your sanity, is surely in question.
The only question in my mind is why I didn't get up and walk out during that unforgettable opening credits sequence? It set the tone for what turned out to be a great big cinematic migraine.
This is a high octane ride that starts to leak gas before it even gets going.
