Strength
How to laugh in despair
when everything feels wrong
because somehow you know
the irony in never feeling strong
Cause despite all that you failed
you've lived to this length
you couldn't bring joy to life
but your weakness is your strength
Beneath the tears and cries
though they seem endless
lies a knowledge you're carrying
that not everything is meaningless
And just remember that
nothing lasts forever
not even the hopelessness
you're trying to hard to sever
So smile in your loneliness
and hold on to your heart
for you know that even you
once loved before breaking apart
