Waiting
I'm so lost that I can't find my way back
and doubting there even is one
waking up with anticipation
but it's fading with the sun
Just one comment, one like on tumblr
and I can't stop smiling
but the tears break through
so overwhelming and defiling
Once again I've stopped eating
and my sleeping habits will never be the same
all the signs of this unrequited love
and how many times have I written your name
Eight months has already passed
and I break a little more each day
for all the thoughts raging inside my head
and all the things I've wanted to say
Makes me wonder for how much longer
I'll sit here waiting
for what will never happen
my vanishing hopes constantly recreating
