Tech Tips. Ensure casks are upright and have been settled for a minimum of 12 hours. Place a thermometer onto the top of the cask and check that it has reached the correct cellar temperature of 11-12oc before tapping. Follow the CaskWidge instruction guide for Tapping, Venting and Conditioning the cask.
