When Arsène Lupin III was young, he was taught how to steal by a mentor named Piccolo (who masqueraded as an English musician). Lupin learns that all of his late mentor's possessions have been impounded by the Liverpool police. He and his gang head to England to see what they can do (to honor a friend as well as to acquire his trade secrets). However, they are confronted with Piccolo's widow, Madame, who knows nothing of her husband's true profession and believes he was a musician. One big headache results for the gang as they are stuck in the middle of a raid on the Liverpool Police Department, while at the same time they have to deceive Madame with musical instruments.
Arsène Lupin III and his gang attempt to raid an English police station to recover a departed comrade's articles... as well as deceiving his widow into thinking they are musicians.
