Book description Action Comics #972 - 3 out of 5 stars MEN OF STEEL - 3.5 out of 5 stars What I liked The beginning of this story arc showed real promise , with signs of Darksieds future involvement , Lex luthors possible future and bringing in 2 very fantastic characters into the story , meanwhile the whole Lois Lane incorporating herself back into the NEW 52 Lois Lanes world and finally the whole Superman trying to save Lex Luthor and clashing philosophies with the Hunters who are out to execute Luthor . The art itself wasnt that bad , although it wasnt stunning either , It was simply a decent art work that complimented the story fine. What I didnt Like The whole arc simply fell to pieces and delivered one of the most underwhelming conclusion . It did set up a lot of promising future storylines but in the end I didnt end reading this book with a feeling of satisfaction , the feeling was that of disappointment instead . The story was nearly 6 books long and yet it felt like the 2 new characters werent properly explored and the whole Red sun planet moment didnt seem to slow Superman down at all? what was that all about sure it was cool to look at but it made absolutely no sense that he fought and defeated a super powered hunter with punches and no superpowerAction Comics (2016-) #972 by Dan Jurgens free view doc german selling
