Pdf can first be converted into image format (high In the past I've used programs such as Adobe Illustrator to convert PDF'S to DWG or DXF files. Then you can import the DWG into SketchUp.

Open the DXF in Sketchup. Open Sketchup Pro, and go to File --> Import. On the "Files of Type" drop down, select "AutoCAD Files (*.dwg, * .dxf). Navigate to the file you just created, ending in DXF. After the import, you'll see a window with a summary of what was imported.
