Print New Hire Reporting Form This legislation created the requirement for employers in all 50 states to report their new hires and re-hires to a state directory. North Carolina G.S. 110-129.2 requires all employers to submit their new hire reports within 20 days after the employee is hired or re-hired or returns to work.
If you do not have it completed in time to bring it with you to the New Employee Orientation, you must return it to the Human Resources within 30 days of your effective date of employment.
