Mix together eggs, flour and milk in a bowl and pour over the top of everything. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.

22 Sep 2009 . Pour gently over the top of the chiles in the crock pot. Cook on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. You can sprinkle any leftover cheese/corn mixture and salsa verde over the top in last 30 minutes of cooking if you like. The egg mixture will brown in the pot.
Brown sausage and onion in a skillet. Add garlic, chilies, tomatoes, and cayenne. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Uncover and sprinkle with Cheddar. Combine eggs, flour, milk, salt, and baking powder. Pour batter evenly over meat mixture.
