10 Nov 2016 being a bit newer than most, i am unaware of what it takes to defeat bosses. lvl1 is still giving me issues. any suggestions on techs needed ( research ) is just before you send your troops out to gather or attack something look closely and the game will tell you your marching power. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BEAT A LEVEL 7 BOSS COMFORTABLY? 4 Stared General; 30.000 Archer Level 10 + 75.000 Cavalry Level 10 + 40.000 Archers Level 9 and I get 0 wounded. It also requires Max research on Archer and Cavalry and Level 12 Advanced on both. You also need March Size so you can send larger
Bosses give amazing rewards to all that fight them, and you may be surprised that you can get these rewards very easily. The most notable benefit to fighting bosses are the free speed upgrades. If in a top alliance fighting high level bosses, you can clear about 5 days of time in just one.

Level 9 and 10 boss would normally give loss but that's the price you pay to try and get the best scrolls to be able to make better weapons for your General. Archers from Level 5-6 and up is your friend. With higher level bosses Cavalry will do the best job. Look and read about the bosses as I make guide for each one.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BEAT A LEVEL 1 BOSS COMFORTABLY? 20.000 Level 5 Archers Should beat it. 30.000 should Beat it without any wounded. Try to have maxed Archer Attack and Armor in academy, but not nessesary. 10.000 Level 8+ Archers/Cavalry should beat it comfortably.
