Manual, Skateboard – A balance in which you ride on rear wheels with your front wheels lifted up in the air.
Get on your board, assume a stance like above, and press down on your tail without adding pressure to your front foot. Obviously the tail will hit the ground. So, add pressure to your front foot. From here, gauge how much pressure is needed on each foot in order to find the 'manual balance.'
