Today, I go to look at my download history and everything(including content I downloaded in 2007 on my old Xbox 360) is there EXCEPT for the above mentioned Xbox Original Games. I've previously purchased those two games, but because they've disappeared from my download history, is it unavoidable to re-purchase.
