Choose either Page from Scanner, Page from File, or Blank Page from the options in the Insert menu. The inserted page will go into your PDF document after the page you selected above. Now you can add pretty much anything you can scan or download, or just a big white blank page, in any PDF that Preview can handle.
4 Jan 2013 To Insert a Blank Page into a PDF Document. Open the PDF document in Preview. Select the page after which you want to insert a new page or insert an existing PDF document. Click Edit on the menu and point to Insert. Click Page from Scanner, Page from File or Blank Page.
PDFill PDF Editor can create or insert a Blank PDF Page into current PDF document and then insert new text, check, image or form fields inside.
Rearrange Pages. In Preview, open the PDF. From the toolbar, click Sidebar to open the sidebar drawer. You will see thumbnails of each page in the PDF. Click and drag the thumbnail of the page you would like to move to its new location. (Hold down the Command key to select multiple pages.)
When you copy an image and open the preview.app, you can press cmd n to open a new window with the content of the clipboard (File -> new from clipboard). Alternatively you can drag and drop image(s) onto the preview.app symbol in the doc to open them in the preview.app.

Then choose After from the Location Menu and make sure the page you originally navigated to is selected in the Page
