Feb 1, 2018 I had to go do the opening quest for World of Draenor and started with nothing; I thought boosts were supposed to have a level 3 garrison? I read elsewhere that you should do a 100 trial then boost that one? Too late for me to do that now, but hopefully others can read this before they use their paid boost
