21 Oct 2011 It will be covered with ribbon. After the fabric is glued on, cut and seal 2 pieces of 3/8? Grosgrain Ribbon to about 26? long. Start gluing your ribbon on at the back. Glue a little ribbon at a time going around the wipes case until you overlap your starting point.
