If your business has a copy of Adobe Acrobat, take advantage of its security settings to configure your PDF files so that anyone can read them but only certain individuals who know the password can make edits. This just happened recently the print preview is blank and the print out is blank. However the same pdf file prints just fine using MicrosoftEdge, or Adobe Reader.
