Jericho is a drama about what happens in the aftermath of a nuclear explosion in the once peaceful town of Jericho. Following the battle with New Bern, the citizens of Jericho begin reconstruction efforts to restore the town's power and communication with the outside world. As the country's new leaders, the Cheyenne government, attempt to establish their stronghold in the region, Jericho's citizens become suspicious of their new leaders and question why their community is so important to this newly formed government.
A small town in Kansas is literally left in the dark after seeing a mushroom cloud over near-by Denver, Colorado. The townspeople struggle to find answers about the blast and solutions on how to survive.
A most remarkable series that should never have been considered for cancellation! All of the other shows that merely contain sex that are currently on TV have nothing against this amazing fight for survival in post-holocaust America. Skeet Ulrich provides a profound insight into the rise from outcast to leader. An amazing display of writing, directing, choreography and acting by all the cast sets the standard that surpasses even Lost (and I am a Lost fanatic). Hi! I'm from Portugal and I've just finished viewing the last episode of the second season... I would just like to say that the show was great and I think it's a shame that it was canceled... The series was way to short, there's a lot that could be explored, it just left a bitter taste for not having more episodes... I really hope some other network picks ups this show, I really enjoyed the story and the characters. My congratulations to the writers, actors and everyone who fought to make this show happen. Hope that you can all work again together soon one some new Jerico episodes.... I'm on CBS strike as of now one as protest for canceling this show!
Many cities have been cited as being attacked, only New York, Columbus, and Cheyenne have been explicitly named as surviving the attacks. The numbers and specific cities have varied between episodes, this may be because the writers didn't want to tie themselves down or because they intended it to reflect the panic and confusion such a large scale attack would induce. a5c7b9f00b
