Written reprimands as a form of disciplinary action are referenced in the HHS Standards of Conduct Regulations, 45 CFR Part 73 Subpart L (ethics.od.nih.gov/lawreg/hhs-resid-std.htm#subl) and HHS Instruction 752-1-70 B. 3. (www.hhs.gov/ohr/manual/752.pdf), and may be issued to address instances of
