Four or more players use two standard 52-card decks plus 2 or 4 Jokers . Shuffle the cards (include two Jokers) and deal out 9 cards FACE DOWN to each player. Players arrange the cards into a 3x3 grid (face down) in front of them. Put the draw pile in the center of the table, and flip over one card to start the discard pile. Pick a player to go first for the first round.
