This build is the best Stormcaller/elementalist ive come up with. and after testing this is the rotation i do.
for single target mobs.
Raging storm - Ice Shear - Lightningfield spam (this now seems to work during the whole duration of stack buff on mob). when the stack is at 2-3 i usually punch in a Thunderbolt to keep the buff on mob up to 3stacks/14sec and respam Lightningfield. also check to keep Ice Shear up.
to simplify i use a small macro:

cast Raging Storm
cast Thunderbolt
also best use of charges is to use Static flux since it increase the dmg done by Lightningfield.
for 2-4mobs.
Forked Lightning - Lightningfield spam. and when the stack buff is down to 2-3sec blast another Forked Lightning in to keep it 3stack/14sec. i also sometimes punch in Flash Freeze and Arctic blast.
for this i use a small macro:

cast Flash Freeze
cast Arctic Blast
cast Cloudburst
and ofc keep Static Flux up when charges hit 100.
for 5 or more mobs.
here i start with hailstorm, its a good way to start of dps and not stealing aggro.
after that i punch in flash freeze, then a Lightningstorm. these spells should have built up Static flux. then i spam Lightning Field. and if mobs dont die when 3stack/14sec is about to be over. i renew it with some forked lightning and go at it again with Lightningfield.
this is my dps.
there is 2 buffs to keep up in this build stone armor and synergy.
and there is 2spells that needs to be used with timing. these are
Intensify elements and Static Discharge. at trash mobs, just keep em up when cooldown is down to maximize dmg.
on bosses these need to be used at right time depending on boss.
also i use Static barrier that is a 1min buff with 2min cooldown, best used at places where u might get melee dmg aggro on you.
and these are the small macros i use to just simplify things.

mana regeneration:

(this small mana macro is done so when incombat it casts channel elements for 10% mana tick. and out of combat is uses Revitalize for 15% mana tick).
I also use Break Free from pvp soul (Archmage), just couse its an awasome zero point skill to use. and i have 2shields to use whenever is needed.
i will also make a picture of how my combat bars looks like on the next page.
and ofc dont forget to use fast summon for incombat loss of ur pet. (only use ur wind pet for dps)
