Chandra Yoga International School offers 200 hours, 300 hours and 500 hours yoga teacher training courses, yoga workshops, yoga retreat classes and many more option. Our school is in World Capital Yoga “Rishikesh, India". Rishikesh a beautiful place surrounded with the Shivalik Himalaya and the Holy River Ganga. Yoga in way of life is a system of practice consisting of eight levels of development within the areas of physical, mental, social and spiritual health. When the body is physically healthy, the mind is clear, centered and stress is under control. The main goals of our school are physical health, mental health, social health, spiritual health, self realization or realization or the divine within us.
